A: If your school or organization is tax exempt, please provide your tax exempt number when completing your order. In addition, we require you to fax a copy of the tax exempt certificate to 1-800-262-1886. We only charge sales tax in the states of N.Y. and Ohio on your complete order including shipping and handling.

A: By Ground - We ship all in-stock items within the contiguous 48 states via UPS or USPS. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery. Back orders are items that are currently out of stock, but will be shipped to you as soon as possible. There is no additional cost for shipping and handling of back orders if shipped separately from your original order. As soon as the item becomes available, it will be shipped to you.

A: Yes. Some of our psychological materials are restricted for use by mental health professionals possessing, minimally, a Masters degree and appropriate training in counseling children. These materials can be identified by an "R" at the end of a product number. The authors of these products have stated that use by untrained individuals is inappropriate. Following American Psychological Association guidelines, we only sell these products for use by qualified professionals or students supervised by licensed professionals.
